- clearly defined policies - on time pay

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

- growth is too slow even when you are performing well - learning opportunities are less - project transitioning is not easy reducing your chances of growth - benefits are not good

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
