I am working in Wipro for last 6.6 years. I am really satisfied with my current salary. As compared to other companies there may be some changes in the work environment, work life balance. Wipro really respect employees.

Work life balance depends on project nature Salary/appraisal:you will get good comments for appraisal.but no salary hike. There are lot of training programs to improve your skills.
