Likes

Work culture, policies and management are good at board level. However, when it comes to local management and teams it's horrendous. Needs massive improvement on people's mentality first.

Yearly hikes are the worst- Being an ex- Wipro employee, i can regretfully say that my salary increment for 5 years was totally 1.5lacs. PR managers are dominating the good part of a team and due to lack of motivation or monitary benefit. Crucial resources are fordced to leave the firm.
