Shabby management and CXO's encouraging/supporting leader and leadership working with vested interest. Few leaders by virtue of number of years of experience in organization [wipro alone] (not by virtue of KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS) decide the fate of your/employee growth and no-site opportunities. Looks like management encourages these kinds of leaders.

Very less onsite travel opportunities. Benefits exploited by lobby of few people. People keep switching countries and offshore people seldom get opportunities. Rarely 10% people joined offshore get onsite travel. Too much limitations of roles. Roles must be widened. No ISD calling facility, even for roles which interact onsite
