Dislikes

Compensation is very poor, they even can't give salary as per market standard for any role. Due to this attrition is more, i think so, Wipro need to work on it and try, not to loose the skills employees.

Work Details

My profile was MIS over there. I have learnt many things to give best to the organisation. I was working for RPA projects and providing assistance to the other projects with my automation skills which has added the flavor to my profile.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
