I have LWD coming after 3 days but I have no offer so I asked hr to revoke my resignation.now he said me to withdraw from portal but I'm still giving some interviews and waiting for result so now how should I ask hr that till when is the deadline to accept the withdraw from portal ?? Based on my opinion Wipro is such a good company where Training, career growth, job security all are good and also personally I love Wipro alot where I learnt many things. As a women I can tell it is more safe to be working here. Everything is depends on us if we are going along with the company policies then everything will be fine.
