Worst account is UBER process. The policies are Stupid and meaningless. The work culture is worst. Leadership is so so worst and terrible people. The reason I left the organisation. Overall I’d never recommend anyone to join that account/process

Is 34 LPA CTC good enough for a 8yrs of experienced candidate?

Wipro made me an offer of almost 34LPA (30.6L (FP) + 10% (VP)) for the Tech Lead position in the B3 Band. I have eight years of experience overall, including six years of relevant expertise in the functional side of Oracle EBS SCM and two years in the core field side as a purchase engineer. My current CTC is 26.5 LPA, which includes 2.4L(VP) and 24L(FP). Is it worthwhile to leave my current organisation and take a reasonable walk? Also, If I try, will I get more than the offered CTC? Looking for the valuable suggestions?

The management is worst. You need TL's approval for everything even for washroom and all. You can't go to higher management as here you have to follow the hierarchy. This is the reason I left the job. HR is not at all supportive even if you go to the HR they will make you feel that you have done wrong by raising your voice. I will not recommend anyone to go there especially language experts because there TLs and Managers salary are less and they are jealous of it and everytime they will remind you that you are earning higher so you have to work more. There are a lot of things but I can't write everything here. I would request Premji to fix their management. Also, they will make you work in the weekends and won't pay for that....Read More
