Join wipro to develop your skills, to learn about the process you are going to join. The company can give you an excellent career boost, and s nightmare when it comes to hike in compensation

No work life balance, you will have to work according to client requirements No decent hike after working for 3 years also. You will be only happy in the company till it is WFH

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
