This company needs to increase their increment amount which is too too much low as if any one will get G3P3 as rating then only 8K will be added to the salary for a year. Any maximum number of employees are getting this rating G3P3. This company needs to learn from others MNC. This is too much pathetic.

In respective of my process, I never faced any issue to get leave. Saturday and Sunday is fixed off, job security is average.

Dislikes

If you have no other choice but to join Wipro, then its ok. Else dont even think to join in Wipro(in respective of BPS). Your career and financial condition will go down beyond of your expectation. You will feel jealous when you will see your classmate or collegues earning far better than you.
