Cab facility learnt a lot while working in Wipro. They care for employees. Leaves facility are good.

Appraisal system not upto the mark. If you don't have good rapport with Boss then you might face problem in getting promotion to next level.

This company needs to increase their increment amount which is too too much low as if any one will get G3P3 as rating then only 8K will be added to the salary for a year. Any maximum number of employees are getting this rating G3P3. This company needs to learn from others MNC. This is too much pathetic.

Every day all employees are working after shift hours. Which is not acceptable. When there is no OT any any extra incentives.
