Work culture is good. There will be lots of oportunities inside the organisation. company policies are good. As I am in cyber security domain so about job security I would say Yes to Wipro.

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
