Likes

Employee will feel that job is secured. Wipro maintains standards and follows policies. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

I am a little disappointed with my current project where Management could have prioritized my concerns. Client should provide proper KT, then only Wipro should accept the assignments for their resources.

Work Details

I have worked for 2 projects (including current project). I have enjoyed my first project at Wipro, where it was challenging and has scope of learning. But, in the second project, there was no KT Plan from client.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
