For salary hike we need to keep upskilling ourselves which didn't mean anything because it wasn't even required for the role. Other than that managers in my project were pathetic. Worst of all is the blame game they like to play. From the very first hour of joining I got blamed for something I had no clue. All in all, do not join. Proving your meaning to the company for a salary hike, which is our basic right. And all that fuss for a hike that is nothing....Read More
