Flexibility is great. Learning is also quite good as they provide good upskilling.

The Salaries they pay are bare minimum and they don't value employee's time. Haven't received a singular bonus or any kind of incentive apart from some minor incentives like a thousand or 2 when ever they feel like i am going to dislike my job. Its like a tip you receive if you work in a restaurant but it only happens once or twice in a quarter sometimes in an year. with respect to promotions and appraisal - its vague. What i mean is there is no clear mentorship. I believe the HR tries really hard to mentor but there is always a gap imo. Managers are all old and they dont jell with employees. Most feel like higher management's pets atleast my manager is. And the worst part is whatever they say is senseless. I have not heard a singular instance where i agreed with my manager. If it was only my opinion i would have left some benefit of doubt but that is not the case. 2 large teams under him hate him. We make jokes on him right in the floor which i was shocked when i saw for the first time but it happens. Over all there are a lot of improvements required. But Wipro primarily is very flexible. And im not sure how they are even managing to show profits. I guess thats all possible even if their service is good if you pay wages that low. My salary is still fine but i got to know there are employees who get paid like 3lpa an year in Bangalore. i mean what? can anyone survive with that less package? I am not ignorant and i know people do get paid even less but just look at the facts. When would anyone have a standard of living if they get paid like that?
