The company leave policy is terrible. There are no leaves given when asked . Employees having earned leaves goes in vein as there are no leaves given .no use of compensation offs given as it goes lapse but cannot be availed by the employee when needed. Just 365 days working culture in wipro without having own and family life. The leave just don't get encashed for the next financial year.

currently not working

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
