Likes

The best part of working at Wipro is that I do not need to worry about leaves. 2 days leave and then sufficient leaves have been allocated which is the best part.

Skill development - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

I started off as a CSR and Wipro has a poor employee culture with lots and lots of company politics. I was quite lucky that I was always on the bright side of these things but I could see management being partial with a lot of other people which I felt should not be there.

Promotions - Poor
Work satisfaction - Poor
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
