Not getting a job is the reason I need to stay here.

Dislikes

It’s completely depend on a team in which you join…Although maximum team members are like independent workers and as they are here for more than 7-8 years so they hardly take interest in helping colleagues. Also the QPLC they had in salary structure…it’s like some amount u will get on quarterly basis as variable income.
