Likes

Excellent work environment and culture. Management is very helpful and supportive. Premises is very huge and cafeteria and gaming zone is also available. Company rules and conditions are good. Security is very good.

Career growth is good but there is no salary hike.

The job is really interesting and chill. There was Little bit struggle in the beginning.

Every organisation has also some failures so wipro also may have but I dont face such any issue or dislike while working

I was working in ITAM tower and working as anaylst in asset management team including inventory part and tools part also.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
