The work culture is good and so is your job security

Dislikes

One thing is the working hours they really are exhausting no work life balance...I have worked for 12-14 hours a day for a period of 4 months...the management seems to be lost...and are confused about the hierarchical structure they should provide according to the skills set of an individual.

Work Details

Only because of the working hours I had to leave the company as it was totally exhausting to work in night shifts without flexible timing 12-14 hours a day for a period of 4 months made me sick and I was unable to recover from the harsh working hours.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
