No proper manager - employee communication. you will have to run several emails to get a simple task done. No career opportunities as you're bound to stick with just single client for the rest of your tenure. No Growth opportunity and annual hike is comparatively less (as expected from a service based organization) You are bound to take 10 days vacation at the end of year for client furlough, which is kind of mandatory, even if you dont have leave balance.
