1)Worst working culture environment .this is field work job and here you have to travel City as well as across City also(for 3-28 days depend upon work) . 2)And second thing if you are fresher then they give you only 10k monthly . 3)and 3 point is after 2 months later they will give you offer letter .and pf and all not giving you on time .that's all about reality of this company

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. wifonic experience is good for short period of time, wifonic will teach us how to handle the client & good for fresher to work in that company
