Actually I have joined as a fresher. And they given training so many technologies which was helpful for me. And the trainers also explained very well. And i deployed in to the project, from there I have learnt a lot. The team members are like very friendly. Manager also very nice helped in technically. Overall 3 years of journey I was very happy that I am part of a Capgemini.

If you joined Capgemini.. you will feel like daily wages employee, increments are happening after completing 18 months i.e also 2-3 % which is also not sure.. The expectations regarding salary increment is pathetic.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Employees working late were not even provided table fans. HR commitments mean nothing, they make false promises to retain you. Even after getting everything in written email, they say the process got changed, and the salary wont be increased after more than 2 months.

i have very bad expeirenence with this comany inface some of many family & friends also suffered very bad behaviour here. Manager dosen't supported infact HR Supported only manager not to employee. Infact one big thing here one of our known person was passed away last year due to pressure of resigning thet forced everyone to resign.manager's very bad behaviour with female employees. felame staff are not safe there....Read More
