It is my first school after my B.Ed,and being a teacher here,I learnt various things.It enhances my team spirit,help me learn cooperation and coordination.I am getting support from management in all respect.Love to work here.The management is always there for me in my ups and downs.Got appreciation, encouragement and many more postive things which m not able to express in my words.I am professionally as well as emotionally attached with WPS. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
