Everything.. From the Management to the employee everything is worst. This company is enough to ruin your career.. Getting salary on time is like a dream .. Management have own rules .. They dont have management skills, zero percent technology skills, no work planing and project skills.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
