I specifically like the informal work culture. It feels more like a family or a group of friends rather than just colleagues.

Dislikes

Honestly, for me there is nothing to dislike. I am only sad the project I was working on with weGrow came to an end but I am sure another project will come soon and I am very much looking forward to it!!

Work Details

I work as a Sales and Business Development Manager for the German market. So whenever there is a client wanting to expand to Germany, I offer advice and entry strategy.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
