- No job security, fired me without giving me much time and without prior notice, to adjust in the company. ( within weeks ) - I was working day and night. ( working hard for my designs ). All they want is volume just by replacing texts in a pre-made template.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
