Even though, they are running the sole trading proprietor ship concern, they are having the capability to take big projects and they are also running the same kind of projects..

1) Leave policy -> In this area, they are not providing us any leave for us. even though if any govt. Holidays came, that time also we are suppossed to work.It is a pain for us and not able to balance our family. 2) Salary -> They are not pass our salary intime. Most of the time we may recive our salary in the next month.
