Likes

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of team wave Overseas for high quality products and has a global students.As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to UK and Canada. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire application and processing of our global clients. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and task is slightly repetitive. I will get recognized for all this

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
