As an employee, you will be able to access industry leading tools at work. Coworkers are amazingly talented with a common goal of getting the job done. Pay and perk are good and management is highly cooperative.

Dislikes

Sometimes, the workload is very high xnd taskes become repetative with time. There is no work life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd, and it is hard to feel the impact of yourcontribution to such a huge company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
