I have been working in this company for the last 3 years and COVID-19 impacts us very severely. For March and April, they have given a 50% salary. Now we have been asked to go on unpaid leaves from the 1st of May. they will call us back if the company situation is good or if they gate another investor. They have asked us to search for a new job.

Dislikes

The work environment is good, but growth is very very slow. No job security.

I have been working as a software test engineer from the past three years I have been involved in all the phases in the software testing life cycle. I worked as a bridge between the development team and the sales/support team and end-users of the product

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The job was interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal session. I learnt everything on the job. Learn new things.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
