I want to express how frustrated I am with the HR services at Vrata Tech Solutions. My experience was really bad. Initially, they told me I'd get a salary of 7LPA, and we discussed this on a call with HR. They asked me to come to the office to meet the CEO to finalize the offer. I took time off from my current job and went there, but they didn't respect my time at all. I had to wait for more than 3 hours just to meet the CEO. When I finally met the CEO, instead of having a productive conversation, he just pointed out my mistakes and tried to make me feel bad. In the end, they offered me a salary of 4.5 LPA, which is less than the 4LPA I'm already making at my current job. I really hope the HR team at Vrata Tech Solutions learns to respect people's time and keeps their promises. This kind of behavior is not good for the company's reputation, and it's really frustrating for people like me who are looking for a job....Read More

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
