Dislikes

For doing a better projects team work is important , there should not be any controversies between employer and employee regarding any decisions if it is , that should be resolved between them in front of all then only the company graph will increase higher and higher , but in this area our company is lacking and I have not seen much improvement in this area till now.

Work Details

I am involved in project planning and development from design to manufacturing some times it is exciting when developing new parts, some times feeling nervous if any projects fail or projects which are not giving any satisfactory results as we aspect.

The company was a well established and annual bonus was more than Rs.50000 above paid to their employees. Company shutdown on June 2017, working atmosphere was good.

Dislikes

Company's annual hikes was not satifying to employees and company had a one client only. The management people couldn't bring another projects for company's growth.
