There is no employee benefits and they make there own rules which not at all acceptable by any individual. No leaves if we need any emergency (paid leave) they scold us like nothing like a road side labor

I struggled a lot to balance my personal life with professional life. If we do job here we don't have a freedom for personal life and we have to face so many issues because employees are not standard to work there they will force us to work more and more.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
