I worked for virtusa around 7 months only. First they have taken me for the project. But they did not allocated me into the project. They holded me for long time. Until that they did not allow me to taken up the any interview. After four months suddenly they released me from the project. After that I have attended 3 more interviews, but I don't know, Why they are not taken me and Interview process is very very worst.My small request is people better to get other opportunities.....Read More

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
