Virtusa has a good working culture. It has huge number of client accounts and has a good bench system as well. It has a good academic learning model for both freshers & laterals. It has hybrid working model as of now in 2023 August which may change later. I haven’t gone to office since July 2021 till date and not planning to go hereafter as well as I’m the sole resource from Pune & my entire team is distributed across multiple working locations. Work life balance is good. Several opportunities for severance positions in various client accounts. I didn’t see any major firing/attrition rate isn’t alarming since I joined Virtusa in July 2021 in Covid period. Awards rewards recognitions are great in this HLS HealthCare account, not sure about other accounts in Virtusa. Year on Year hike was not good, in fact was a huge turn off & a big disappointment for a resource like me who handles 2 teams in parallel. 9% hike for 16months is ridiculously low for the volume & the magnitude of work getting deployed & delivered from a 6+ years of sole resource handling more than 2 teams Also Virtusa has its own cycle of performance appraisals which am not a big fan of & seem to be unique/odd. Also have to fight & do my own ground work or raise voice on valid platforms to get myself highlighted & earn my own deserved rewards & recognitions & not rely on the head honchos since not being a kissass is always painful...Read More

Everything , they hire you for a project and once it is over, you are nobody to them. They have hired some immature hrs, they don't even know how to talk to the employee.
