I don't know about others but for me it's not a good opportunity to work in virtusa. I didn't find a good thing in this company to improve my self. The only thing that's helpful for me is experience letter from the company.

Dislikes

The trainings aren't Friendly they just threaten us to complete the trainings which are not at all helpful. They are very unclear. They use this trainings to waste our time and to give us a hard exam just to remove terminate us from the company.

Being an developer I like this company.

Dislikes

Job security is less as this is service based company after contract end with any client we have to sit on bench and attend interview with other clients for next assignment. In this case you won't get any client you will be forcefully resigned.

Good projets. Ample programs for learning but you need to enroll. They have now started soft-skills program for mid-seniors/senior like mock interview etc.

Dislikes

Finding projects inside the organization is demanding task. One look to find by themselves, neglible help from RM for project allocation.

I really love worked with Virtusa, good environment, work life balance is very good, and employees benefits excellent

Bench resource not able to get project. Internal bench RM team not able to reach especially Chennai team. They are not provide interview opportunity very less three month only given 3 interviews only. and bench resource not able to find open project details there is no common portals.

If you are on bench and come across Bhavana, Soniya, and Harsha Reddy, they will make your life hell. Worst people i have ever come across. Non cooperative and always will expect you to listen to them only and not even consider your situations. They will just laugh if you tell them your problem and will force you to listen to them anyways. Worst behaviour of these people!

Hopeless leadership folks and pathetic Org hierarchy. All D+ folks have not heard about the word "Mentoring". They just wait for you to fail and happily play the blame game Absolutely no concern for the folks who are working really hard. They are just treated like dirt. One of the worst decisions to join this company. Zero percent hike in 2 years.

Almost in all aspects, Virtusa has failed to satisfy the employee needs. They don't have any other clients for mainframe projects apart from JPMC client. If you ask for project release, they will immediately release you while you are in bench period. Please be careful before joining this company.

The management not interested to touch with customers regularly to improve their business. Once contract gets singed they just leave their resources to clients and they are leaving

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the company's treatment of employees. As a fresher, I was not provided with project opportunities to grow and develop my skills. To make matters worse, the company conducted layoffs without offering any support or alternative solutions. In a shocking turn of events, I was forced to resign during a scheduled call. When I hesitated, they threatened to terminate my employment if I didn't comply. I'm still struggling to find new employment, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
