Tight control and micro management by senior layer When Polaris was taken over by Virtusa , the Polaris employees did not get a fair treatment . More than 80% of employees fired are from Polaris. Clear agenda to systematically get rid of Polaris management layers at all levels.

Hectic ...very sales oriented company. Lot of energy on projecting the actual work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
