I really love worked with Virtusa, good environment, work life balance is very good, and employees benefits excellent

Bench resource not able to get project. Internal bench RM team not able to reach especially Chennai team. They are not provide interview opportunity very less three month only given 3 interviews only. and bench resource not able to find open project details there is no common portals.

Just my process was WFH so that was nice.

Dislikes

No work life balance they were thinking it's WFH so they have ours 24hr to get there work done and Extra pay cancelled overtime pay cancelled and incentives also got cancelled.

I am still waiting for virtuda onboarding update for june2024 batch

Virtusa already given the joining dates for the June 2024 batch students with all agreement signature and background verification. But suddenly before 4days if joining they have posted that there is delay in the onboarding. So now we are facing difficulties without any job. Because of virtusa I have lost my old job.now I am jobless

Probability of connecting with senior and top management which generally is not practically seen in many other services company.

No work-life balance. As with a majority of other services company, with Virtusa it is more painful than other peer companies to strike a balance between work and personal life.

Unnecessary Micro management which create mental pressure on employee

Good projets. Ample programs for learning but you need to enroll. They have now started soft-skills program for mid-seniors/senior like mock interview etc.

Finding projects inside the organization is demanding task. One look to find by themselves, neglible help from RM for project allocation.

Nothing, Many many Biggg Promises but all are FAKE. Zero support from Management and all HRs are super experienced with O knowledge even how to talk to their own employees.

No one would support you from projects to professional grooming; No Respect for employees. They only believe in Only and Only Client is God and whatever client says, they would do even whether it is undoable and unrealistic. They will literally put you down in front of Client even if do not have anything to do with the project. Someone is needed to carry the blame that unfortunate person would be you. The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.
