I'm extremely dissatisfied with the company's treatment of employees. As a fresher, I was not provided with project opportunities to grow and develop my skills. To make matters worse, the company conducted layoffs without offering any support or alternative solutions. In a shocking turn of events, I was forced to resign during a scheduled call. When I hesitated, they threatened to terminate my employment if I didn't comply. I'm still struggling to find new employment, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. The work life balance in virtusa is really good and also the work culture and the ability to learn and develop any skill set is highly positive .

Interms of hike and promotion and the hike percentage is really low compared to the current market price for any individual.

I really love worked with Virtusa, good environment, work life balance is very good, and employees benefits excellent

Bench resource not able to get project. Internal bench RM team not able to reach especially Chennai team. They are not provide interview opportunity very less three month only given 3 interviews only. and bench resource not able to find open project details there is no common portals.

Just my process was WFH so that was nice.

No work life balance they were thinking it's WFH so they have ours 24hr to get there work done and Extra pay cancelled overtime pay cancelled and incentives also got cancelled.

I am still waiting for virtuda onboarding update for june2024 batch

Virtusa already given the joining dates for the June 2024 batch students with all agreement signature and background verification. But suddenly before 4days if joining they have posted that there is delay in the onboarding. So now we are facing difficulties without any job. Because of virtusa I have lost my old job.now I am jobless

Probability of connecting with senior and top management which generally is not practically seen in many other services company.

No work-life balance. As with a majority of other services company, with Virtusa it is more painful than other peer companies to strike a balance between work and personal life.

I don't know about others but for me it's not a good opportunity to work in virtusa. I didn't find a good thing in this company to improve my self. The only thing that's helpful for me is experience letter from the company.

The trainings aren't Friendly they just threaten us to complete the trainings which are not at all helpful. They are very unclear. They use this trainings to waste our time and to give us a hard exam just to remove terminate us from the company.

Hopeless leadership folks and pathetic Org hierarchy. All D+ folks have not heard about the word "Mentoring". They just wait for you to fail and happily play the blame game Absolutely no concern for the folks who are working really hard. They are just treated like dirt. One of the worst decisions to join this company. Zero percent hike in 2 years.

Almost in all aspects, Virtusa has failed to satisfy the employee needs. They don't have any other clients for mainframe projects apart from JPMC client. If you ask for project release, they will immediately release you while you are in bench period. Please be careful before joining this company.

The management not interested to touch with customers regularly to improve their business. Once contract gets singed they just leave their resources to clients and they are leaving

Good work life balance Technology and work pressure depends on project i got cutting edge technology and supportive managers. Hybrid work culture. Good company for upskilling as they have many upskilling programs every month we can upskill in latest technology or our favourite tech. Technology may change according to project requirement.
