Probability of connecting with senior and top management which generally is not practically seen in many other services company.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. As with a majority of other services company, with Virtusa it is more painful than other peer companies to strike a balance between work and personal life.

Nothing, Many many Biggg Promises but all are FAKE. Zero support from Management and all HRs are super experienced with O knowledge even how to talk to their own employees.

No one would support you from projects to professional grooming; No Respect for employees. They only believe in Only and Only Client is God and whatever client says, they would do even whether it is undoable and unrealistic. They will literally put you down in front of Client even if do not have anything to do with the project. Someone is needed to carry the blame that unfortunate person would be you. Zero increments from last 2 years and many of their clients are leaving bcoz of unrealistic Promises without Consulting their own team who works on ground....Read More

On time salary.

Dislikes

The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.

Many skills in the organization are unused and for these to be explored and made use of, the right candidates should be identified and those who work for the interest of the organization should be appreciated and applauded and not by how much one is known. No work life balance, they don't care about the employee. Extended work hours. No hikes and they don't pay performance pays. Even the washroom and Infrastructure is not at all good.
