Everything - Policies, Employee engagement, oopportunities - empolyess will have to run from pillar to post for opportunity and not resource mgmt. HR - Worst. They follow guidelines of Mgmt and leadership. Manipulation of books of accounts and mgmt takes major share of money and give nothing to employees... and the list can go on!

Mgmt - They overstate revenues which otherwise are very less. Policies - Overtime allowance is denied to employees citing there is not any such policy. But I have seen company charging clients on overtime. Unstable organisation - Kept changing hands in last 5 years. Not a reliable employer.
