I really loved to work at Virtusa, I would rate 5 start for work life balance, job security and we get enough opportunities to learn, good projects over all I had a very good experience as a fresher.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
