Negociate for good salary while entering. If they need they will provide.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Worst company. They won't listen to new hires. They only believe in old people in the organization. No work hirerchy in terms of tracking. Even director will do the job of tl. Then why they need tl and am, pm, ad. They only trust in their old employees.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
