I like lot of things at Virtuos related to technologies they offer, and alliances they have. Even though, I was personally involved with coding and software development, I like their open mind to experiment many approaches to solving a problem for customers. There was a chance to groom young talented people to enhance their engineering skills.

Dislikes

Company needs to recruit more experienced people after verifying the credentials from the previous employers.
