Business Development Role at Virtuos Digital (VDC.com)
At Virtuos Digital (VDC.com), we are looking for a dedicated and strategic business development professional to enhance our portfolio of current solutions and professional services. The ideal candidate will take a consultative approach to sales, demonstrating agility and expertise in preparing high-end solution presentations for clients and prospects, often at short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Solution Development Team to deeply understand client requirements and exceed prospect expectations.
Drive business development activities by leveraging insights from LinkedIn and developing strategies to engage with C-suite executives at both existing and potential clients.
Manage and develop client accounts through superior communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong foundational knowledge in technology, enabling a comprehensive understanding of client business needs and processes.
Familiarity with a broad range of technologies, including SaaS, PaaS, CRM solutions, No Code platforms, etc.

Skill Set for Business Development Manager:
-Strategic Business Insight: Deep understanding of IT software and services, with a strong emphasis on CRM, CX, and NoCode Platform solutions. Ability to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client needs and business objectives.
-Advanced Relationship Management: Expertise in profiling customer and target accounts, mapping executive structures, and developing long-term relationships with C-suite executives such as CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Business/Departments.
-Opportunity Development: Proven track record in identifying and developing opportunities through strategic outreach engaging inside sales in unexplored markets.
-Consultative Sales Approach: Skilled in consultative sales techniques, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of CRM and other enterprise solutions through compelling storytelling and case studies.
-Research and Competitive Intelligence: Proficient in leveraging timely research and competitive intelligence to enhance sales strategies, ensuring insightful, data-driven decision-making for prospecting and lead generation.
-Lead Management and Sales Cycle Efficiency: Experience managing the prospect-to-quote sales cycle using systems and processes, ensuring efficient lead management and timely appointment setting through sales teams.
-Account and Data Management: Strong key account management skills, responsible for building business through effective cross-sell and upsell strategies. Proficient in maintaining up-to-date customer and prospect databases.
-Collaboration and Leadership: Capability to work independently as well as part of a team, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client account planning and business development strategies.
-Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong presentation skills for high-end solutions, essential for engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
