I would not recommend working at Virtual Accounting Solutions LLP in Ahmedabad. My experience with this company was incredibly negative, and I feel it's important to share it. The management, particularly the boss, was terrible and often used abusive language towards staff. This created a very unhealthy work environment, which made it difficult to feel motivated or valued. Additionally, I was promised overtime pay during my interview, but despite working overtime, I never received the compensation that was agreed upon. The worst part came when I decided to leave. The company demanded a hefty sum of 40,000 rupees to release my relieving letter, which felt like an unfair and unnecessary practice. I ended up paying the amount just to move on, but this experience has left a sour taste.
