I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. No work ethics and No work culture. Bosses only like people who only does what says is right. If it's day and boss says it's night they want to you to say night other wise your not good enough to work there. Pay is terrible , No extra pay or compensation for working on Holiday.
