No work ethics and No work culture. Bosses only like people who only does what says is right. If it's day and boss says it's night they want to you to say night other wise your not good enough to work there. Pay is terrible , No extra pay or compensation for working on Holiday. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
