Likes

I worked in Vinmeen School whole hearted. Management has given more opportunities and training sessions to improve teachers' quality and in their subject matter. They have given more guidance to the teachers to handle the students well. Every rules and responsibilities well structured. Good infrastructure and atmosphere. Feeling proud for worked in Vinmeen School.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Teachers need some freeness both physically and mentally. That was lacking in Vinmeen school.

Work Details

It is to say that i learned drastically than i taught. Teaching is my passion so that i worked with my whole hearted.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
