Unorganise comony, i regret after joining vinay, c and f agent culture, During work peroid some time got confused wheter i was working for company or c and f agent So pls dont join this company.

One of the oldest company of India,H.o-Mumbai,Factory in Daman. Basically started with Non Modular switches & Accessories,1st to start manufacturing modular switches in india.No doubt regarding quality is at it best..No compromise. After joining company call Mumbai & Thereafter takes to Daman for factory visit & Training. Teammates are very good & Supportive. Here it's 100% Job security,Of performance is upto the Mark. After working over here,There is 100% career growth. Salary over here is very nice comparatively with other companies. If one achieve 100% Target,Definitely he gets appraisal. Other than local city,Travelling outside is also there,But gets traveling allowances. No politics here. As long one works over here,learns a lot. Working environment is very good here. Company is doing great innovations as per modern world's requirements. Vinay Switches has innovated Remote Switches,Premium Glass plates,Sensors,Video door phones. Glass LED'S & Many more.. Work life over here is well balanced. It was my great honor working & Associated with company like Vinay Switches.All my senior were too good & Supportive.Learned a lot from here & Got career growth.
