very less pay for the work done. Severe politics, No proper work culture.

Dislikes

very less pay for the services we provide for the company. only 0.5% of incentive from the net sale . No travel allowance, no allowance for the road shows and marketing campaigns. very poor work satisfaction.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
